We staff each Pain and Spine Physician medical office with board-certified doctors, who offer world-class care for those seeking help with acute and chronic pain throughout the body and mind. We dedicate ourselves to the residents of the DFW Metroplex and treat each patient as an individual. Even with the same disease, there are no two people who experience pain the exact same way. We work together to create a treatment plan to get you the relief you need to continue living an active life, free of pain.
We utilize all the most modern treatments and processes to avoid the use of invasive surgery and medication. We don’t discount their effective ability, though, and when needed, we suggest them as treatments. Our staff provides a multi-modal regimen of different interventions and training from a spectrum of specialties, including medicine, anesthesiology, surgery, rehabilitation, and psychiatry, to deliver the help you need.

Dr. A. A. Hayee
Interventional Pain Physician
Dr. Hayee is subspecialty certified in pain medicine and has completed a fellowship in interventional pain management at UT San Antonio.
Dr. Jon Vu
Interventional Pain Physician
Dr. Jon Vu is subspecialty certified in interventional pain medicine and is a board-certified anesthesiology physician.
Dr. Aamir Rai
Interventional Pain Physician
Dr. Rai joined Pain and Spine Physicians in November 2021. Prior to joining Pain and Spine Physicians he completed his Pain Medicine Fellowship at Cooke County Hospital in Chicago, IL. Before joining Cooke County Hospital, he completed his Residency and Internship in Anesthesiology at Maine Medical Center in Portland, Maine. His Residency also included Family Medicine at Eastern Maine Family Medical Center. His accomplishments also include Assistant Professor for the Department of Anesthesia at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas.
Dr Rai uses cutting-edge technology with interventional pain treatments, regenerative medicine and effective pain relief therapies.
He lives in Plano with his wife and children. His hobbies include swimming, traveling, playing cricket, and spending time with his family.
Dr. Irfan Ali
Interventional Pain Physician
Dr. Irfan Ali is board certified in Family Medicine and Anesthesiology and Fellowship trained in Interventional Pain Management.
Dr. Asad Khan
Interventional Pain Physician
Our Dallas Pain and Spine Doctor is an interventional pain specialist who is board-certified in anesthesiology and pain medicine. He received his medical degree from The New York College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Dr. Rahul Mishra
Interventional Pain Physician
Dr. Rahul Mishra is board certified in anesthesiology and pain management. He completed his anesthesia training at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, TX and continued his specialization in its prestigious pain fellowship program.
Dr. Ahmed Haque
Interventional Pain Physician
Dr. Ahmed Haque joined Pain and Spine Physicians in August 2022. He will be treating patients in our Sherman and McKinney locations.
Prior to joining Pain and Spine Physicians, he completed his Interventional Pain Management Fellowship and Anesthesiology Residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, TX. Dr. Haque also attended Texas A&M College of Medicine in Bryan, Texas, and Austin College in Sherman, Texas.
His accomplishments include a Letter of Commendation from UTMB Clinical Competency Committee awarded to those who display outstanding professionalism, judgment, clinical performance, and overall commitment to patient care.
Dr. Haque uses cutting-edge technology with Interventional Pain treatments, Regenerative Medicine, and effective pain relief therapy.
He currently lives in Little Elm and enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with his family.
